This policy explains when you can request a return, exchange or cancellation, how to submit your request, and how you will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Print books<\/h2>\n<p>You may request an exchange or return within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving your order in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You received a damaged book, or one with a printing or binding defect.<\/li>\n<li>You received a book that does not match what you ordered.<\/li>\n<li>Your order arrived incomplete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please contact us with your order number and attach photos showing the problem. Other requests are reviewed case by case.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Digital books and subscriptions<\/h2>\n<p>Because of the nature of digital products, a digital book cannot be returned once it has been opened or downloaded, and a subscription cannot be returned once it has been activated and used. If a technical fault prevents you from accessing the book or subscription and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a refund within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of the purchase date.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Cancelling an order<\/h2>\n<p>You may request to cancel your order before it ships by contacting us with your order number. Once it has shipped, the return conditions set out above apply.<\/p>\n\n<h2>How to submit a return request<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Email us at <a href=\"mailto:info@House101.ae\">info@House101.ae<\/a> with your name and order number.<\/li>\n<li>Explain the problem, and attach photos if it concerns a print product.<\/li>\n<li>We will review your request and reply with the next steps.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>When a refund request is approved, the amount is returned to the same payment method you used at purchase, through the Paymob payment gateway. It is not refunded in cash or by a different payment method. We begin the refund process within <strong>7 working days<\/strong> of approving the request (for print books, after the return is received and inspected). It may then take some time for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your card&#8217;s issuing bank.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Return shipping costs<\/h2>\n<p>If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part, we cover the cost of shipping the return.
