Shipping Policies

We ship House101 print book orders worldwide. This policy explains how shipping and delivery work, and what you need to know before completing your order.

Print books

Print books are shipped to the address you enter at checkout. Please make sure your name, address and phone number are correct, as any error may delay your order.

Digital books and subscriptions

Digital books and subscriptions do not require shipping. They become available in your account on the site once payment is confirmed.

Order processing

We begin preparing your order once payment is confirmed through the Paymob payment gateway, which usually takes 1 to 3 working days. We will send you a confirmation by email.

Delivery times

• Within the UAE: 2 to 5 working days after your order is prepared.
• Outside the UAE: 7 to 14 working days after your order is prepared.

These times are estimates and may be affected by the shipping company, customs procedures, seasons and holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order’s destination, weight and shipping method, and are shown to you on the checkout page before you confirm payment. Prices are displayed in the currency you choose, and payment is processed in the currency shown on the payment page.

Customs duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes in the destination country. These charges are governed by that country’s laws and are borne by the recipient; they are not included in the shipping cost we calculate.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will let you know by email, and we will send you tracking details as soon as the shipping company makes them available.

Delays or damage in shipping

If your order is later than expected, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the shipping company. In the case of damage, our Return Policy applies.
